These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Lumyn Cleaning’s website, customer communications, and SMS messaging program. Additional terms contained in your cleaning service agreement or contract may apply to the cleaning services you purchase from Lumyn Cleaning.

SMS Messaging Terms

By voluntarily providing your mobile number and opting in to receive SMS communications from Lumyn Cleaning, you consent to receive automated and non-automated transactional and service-related text messages from Lumyn Cleaning at the mobile number you provided.

Messages may include account and service updates, welcome messages, appointment information, cleaner arrival notifications, cleaning completion notifications, billing reminders, payment confirmations, messages from your cleaner or cleaning team, and other communications directly related to your cleaning services or account.

Message frequency varies depending on your cleaning schedule, account activity, and communications with Lumyn Cleaning. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Lumyn Cleaning. After you submit an opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable Lumyn Cleaning messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Consent

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by your wireless provider, network availability, device, or other circumstances outside Lumyn Cleaning’s control.

Privacy

Your participation in Lumyn Cleaning’s SMS program is subject to our Privacy Policy. Lumyn Cleaning does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

Lumyn Cleaning may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
